The Presto induction compatible pressure canner is the only full-sized consumer pressure canner that works on an induction range. Its extra-large 23-quart size is designed for easy confident pressure canning the only method recommended safe by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for canning vegetables meats poultry and seafood. It doubles as a boiling water canner for preserving fruits jams jellies pickles and salsa in half-pint pint and quart jars. Canner is constructed of heavy-gauge aluminum with an induction compatible stainless steel-clad base for fast even heating.
