Manitoba Harvest Shelled Hemp Seeds, also known as Hemp Hearts, are made by removing the hard outer shell and packaging the most nutritious part of the hemp seed, the inner kernel. To ensure quality, Manitoba Harvest processes and packages all of our own products daily in our kosher and USDA organic certified facility. Our hemp seed is grown without pesticides by Canadian family farmers.

Shelled Hemp Seeds are a delicious source of Omega 3 and 6 Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs), GLA and SDA Super Fatty Acids and provides all of the Essential Amino Acids (Protein).
